Changed your mind? You've got 30 days from delivery to send it back.

Simple rules:

- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — tags on.

- Hats, socks, underwear, and marked-down items are final sale and can't be returned.

- To start a return, email DropTopEnt2018@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

Who pays return shipping? You do — unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective. Then we cover it both ways.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Fastest move is to place a new order for the size you want, then return the other one for a refund. Once your return arrives, you're covered.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we messed up — wrong item, damaged on the way — email DropTopEnt2018@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We'll make it right and cover shipping both ways.
